1. Scope
This Refund Policy explains how refund requests are handled for Nemosine subscriptions and other paid Nemosine purchases.
The policy applies together with our Terms of Service. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
2. Canceling a subscription
You can cancel a subscription at any time through the platform where you bought it.
Canceling stops future renewals. It does not automatically refund charges that have already been made, and you may keep access to paid features until the end of the paid billing period unless the purchase platform or applicable law provides otherwise.
3. Web purchases
For subscriptions bought directly from Nemosine on the web, email support@nemosine.app to request a refund.
Please include:
- the email address used for the purchase
- the purchase date
- the reason for the request
Where no mandatory refund right applies, we generally review web refund requests if they are sent within 14 days of the charge. We may approve refunds for accidental duplicate charges, unresolved technical problems, mistaken purchases, or other circumstances we consider fair.
Approved web refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible. Bank, card, and payment provider processing times may vary.
4. Apple App Store purchases
Purchases made through Apple App Store are billed and managed by Apple. Refund requests for Apple purchases must generally be submitted through Apple's refund request process.

5. Google Play purchases
Purchases made through Google Play are billed and managed by Google. Refund requests for Google Play purchases must generally be submitted through Google Play's refund request process.

6. What is usually not refunded
Unless applicable law or the purchase platform requires otherwise, we do not usually refund:
- unused time after you cancel a subscription
- partial billing periods
- charges requested outside the review window described above
- free trials, promotional access, or other periods where no charge was made
- purchases made through Apple or Google where the platform controls the refund decision
7. Technical problems
If a technical problem prevents you from using a paid Nemosine feature, contact support@nemosine.app. We may try to resolve the issue first. If we cannot resolve it within a reasonable time, we may offer a refund, account credit, or another remedy where appropriate.
8. Consumer rights
Consumers may have statutory cancellation, withdrawal, refund, complaint, or chargeback rights depending on their location and the purchase platform.
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
9. Abuse and fraud
We may decline refund requests that appear fraudulent, abusive, or inconsistent with this policy, except where a refund is required by law or by the purchase platform.
