This page summarises material changes to the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. When one of them changes in a way that needs your acceptance, the Nemosine app tells you, links here, and asks you to accept the updated documents before cloud sync continues.

Terms of Service and Privacy Policy
- You must now be at least 16 to create a Nemosine cloud account or use Cloud AI. This applies in every country, including where local law sets a lower age. The minimum age was 13.
- When we make a material change to the Terms or the Privacy Policy, the app now tells you, links to a summary on this page, and asks you to accept the Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy again before cloud sync continues. Notes stored on your devices are not affected.
